Medical Only Claims. For Medical-Only Claims, services will be limited to the recording of the claim and associated data, contact with the Client to verify Medical- Only claim status, and the payment of medical bills and expenses in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Medical Only Claims. Medical Only claims will be evaluated at 90 days to determine if a claim can be continued as a Medical Only claim for another 30 days. At 120 days the claim would be evaluated again and if it is not ready for closure, it will be converted to an Indemnity claim file.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose.
