Workers’ Compensation Claims definition

Workers’ Compensation Claims has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.4.
Workers’ Compensation Claims means any and all claims under workers’ compensation laws in respect of or arising in connection with occurrences relating to the employment of any person by a member of the Seller Group relating to the Business or the Purchased Assets.
Workers’ Compensation Claims means any and all Claims pursuant to Alabama workers compensation law of Persons who suffered an eligible injury while employed by the County or by the State of Alabama and for which Claims the County is liable for payment by agreement or applicable law.

  • The supervisor will attend hearings and cooperate with the District’s Workers’ Compensation insurer on the handling and adjudication of Workers’ Compensation Claims.

  • From and after the Separation Time, Red Lion will be solely responsible for the administration and payment of all of the Red Lion Workers’ Compensation Claims (including the Red Lion Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Liabilities), all of which will continue to be Liabilities of the Red Lion Group; provided, however, that the Navy Group shall provide reasonable cooperation with respect to any such administration to the extent requested by the Red Lion Group.

More Definitions of Workers’ Compensation Claims

Workers’ Compensation Claims means liability under United States workers’ compensation laws or comparable foreign laws for Claims or Losses (as each is defined in the Contribution Agreement) for, by or related to, employees of the ▇▇▇▇▇-Standard Business (as defined in the Contribution Agreement), including when the business of ▇▇▇▇▇-Standard was operated as a division of Crompton Corporation (as defined in the Contribution Agreement), together with any liability under United States workers’ compensation laws or comparable foreign laws assumed by ▇▇▇▇▇-Standard and/or Crompton Corporation as a result of an acquisition of a business or manufacturing facility that is now operated by the Company.
Workers’ Compensation Claims shall have the same meaning as set forth in Section 5.29 of this Agreement.
Workers’ Compensation Claims means Claims made against CFCD or LJSC (including Continuing LJSC Employee Claims but excluding any other Claims relating to LJSC employees) under the workers' compensation statutory, regulatory and common law systems and which CFCD directs CFI to administer under the Insurance Program.
Workers’ Compensation Claims means any and all Claims pursuant to Alabama workers compensation law of current and former County employees who have suffered an eligible injury while employed by the County.
