Workers’ Compensation Claims definition

Workers’ Compensation Claims means any Claim: (i) for benefits under a state- mandated workers’ compensation system, which a past, present, or future employee of Garlock Sealing Technologies LLC or Garrison Litigation Management Group, Ltd. or their predecessors is receiving, or may in the future have a right to receive and/or (ii) for reimbursement brought by any insurance company or state agency as a result of payments made to or for the benefit of such employees under such a system and fees and expenses incurred under any insurance policies or laws or regulations covering such employee claims. For the avoidance of doubt, Workers’ Compensation Claims shall not include any right of such employee that exists outside of such state workers’ compensation system.
Workers’ Compensation Claims means GST WorkersCompensation Claims and Coltec Workers’ Compensation Claims.
Workers’ Compensation Claims has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.4.

More Definitions of Workers’ Compensation Claims

Workers’ Compensation Claims means any and all claims under workers’ compensation laws in respect of or arising in connection with occurrences relating to the employment of any person by a member of the Seller Group relating to the Business or the Purchased Assets.

Workers’ Compensation Claims means liability under United States workers’ compensation laws or comparable foreign laws for Claims or Losses (as each is defined in the Contribution Agreement) for, by or related to, employees of the Xxxxx-Standard Business (as defined in the Contribution Agreement), including when the business of Xxxxx-Standard was operated as a division of Crompton Corporation (as defined in the Contribution Agreement), together with any liability under United States workers’ compensation laws or comparable foreign laws assumed by Xxxxx-Standard and/or Crompton Corporation as a result of an acquisition of a business or manufacturing facility that is now operated by the Company.
