Medical Placements. Where it is established through a medical practitioner that an employee has a permanent partial medical disability through non occupational or occupational injury or illness which prevents him from returning to his original classification, he shall return to another position opening for which he is medically able and qualified or will be within sixty (60) working days without the position being posted and prior to standing applications.
