Common use of Medical Review Officer (MRO) Clause in Contracts

Medical Review Officer (MRO). A licensed physician (MD or DO) responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the Board's Drug Testing Program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders and has appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his/her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.

Medical Review Officer (MRO). A licensed physician (MD or DO) responsible for 17 receiving laboratory results generated by the Boardan employer's Drug Testing Program drug and alcohol 18 testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse and alcohol 19 misuse disorders and has appropriate medical training to interpret and 20 evaluate an individualemployee's confirmed positive test result together with his/his or 21 her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.

A licensed physician (MD or DO) responsible for 6 receiving laboratory results generated by the Boardan employer's Drug Testing Program drug and alcohol 7 testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse and alcohol 8 misuse disorders and has appropriate medical training to interpret and 9 evaluate an individualemployee's confirmed positive test result together with his/his or 10 her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.

Medical Review Officer (MRO). A a licensed physician (MD or DO) responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the Board's Drug Testing Program who has with knowledge of substance abuse disorders disorders, laboratory testing, and chain of custody collection procedures, and who has appropriate the ability to verify positive, confirmed test results. The MRO shall possess the necessary medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed a positive test result together with his/her in relation to the person’s medical history and or any other relevant biomedical information.

Medical Review Officer (MRO). A licensed physician (MD medical doctor or DOdoctor of osteopathy) responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the Board's Drug Testing Program who has this drug testing program. The MRO must have knowledge of substance abuse disorders and has appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his/her test, medical history and any other relevant biomedical bi-medical information.
