Common use of Medical Review Physician Clause in Contracts

Medical Review Physician. The Medical Review Physician shall be chosen and agreed upon between the Union and the Employer and must be a licensed physician with a knowledge of substance abuse disorders. The Medical Review Physician shall be familiar with the characteristics of the test (sensitivity, specificity, and predictive value), the laboratories running the tests and the medical conditions and work exposures of the employees.
