Common use of Medical Services Plan of B.C Clause in Contracts

Medical Services Plan of B.C. (a) An employee shall be eligible to receive the benefit coverage under paragraph (b) below commencing on the first day of the month coinciding with or next following three (3) months of continuous employment, provided that the employee has worked an average of twenty (20) or more regular hours per week during that three (3) month period.
