Common use of Medical Services Plan Clause in Contracts

Medical Services Plan. (1) Regular full-time and part-time non-aboriginal employees and their eligible dependents shall be covered by the Medical Services Plan of B.C., or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium. (2) The above medical plan becomes effective the first day of the month following the completion of the first three months continuous service and providing the employees referred to in 38.02(a) are eligible and their applications are received by MSP authority within sixty (60) days of the requested effective date.
