Medical Services Plan. Effective the first of the month following one (1) month of continuous service, Regular Full- Time Employees and Regular Part-Time Employees who opted for benefits in accordance with Article 9, Section 5(b), shall be entitled to enroll in the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia.
