Common use of Medical Services Plan Clause in Contracts

Medical Services Plan. (1) Regular Full-time and Part-time non-aboriginal employees and their eligible dependents shall be covered by the Medical Services Plan (“MSP”) of B.C., or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium.
