Common use of Medical Standards Clause in Contracts

Medical Standards. Attachments to the City of San Rafael’s official job class specifications have been developed by Rehab 90 to describe the activity and frequency of the activities performed by the employee in the course and scope of their job classification. These descriptions are available for review by the employee’s treating physician to assist the physician in determining whether the employee is able to return to his/her job after an absence due to an injury or illness.
