Medical Transfers. The District may give alternative work if it is determined by the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources that the same is available to an employee who has become temporarily medically unable to satisfactorily perform his regular job class duties. The alternative work may constitute promotion, demotion, or lateral transfer to a related class, but such transfer shall be only by mutual written agreement between the District and the employee. The District shall require proof of medical disability.
