MEDICATION POLICY. The district does not dispense Tylenol, Tums, cough drops, or tissues. If you want your child to have access to Tylenol and/or Tums, please send the items in a bottle marked with your child’s first and last name, parent’s first and last name, and teacher’s name. A written permission note with your child’s name, xxxxxx’s name, teacher’s name, date, dosage, and your signature must accompany the medication. Special medications or prescriptions for students will only be adminis- tered to students as follows:
