Medium Speed Copiers. Copiers with and engine speed for producing multiple images of greater than 20 and less than or equal to 44 copies per minute. For copier models sold in the US market, this engine speed shall be based on 8.5" x 11" letter-sized paper.

Medium Speed Copiers. The ENERGY STAR logo may be applied directly to any qualifying base unit, regardless of whether it is shipped with additional accessories. Any copier model that includes any qualified base unit may be deemed an ENERGY STAR Copier Model. For Tier 2, it is recommended that high speed copier models may be able to recover from the low power mode within 30 seconds or less. Declaration of the recovery time shall be placed in the product literature (see section IV.C.1).

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Contract Copies As soon as practical following the signing of this Contract, the City and the Lodge shall have printed, in booklet form, two thousand five hundred (2,500) copies of this Contract, three hundred (300) copies of which shall be provided to the City and the remainder shall be provided to the Lodge. The actual cost of printing this Contract, and any future printing beyond the two thousand five hundred (2,500) copies in an amount the parties may later agree is necessary, shall be shared equally by the City and the Lodge. The Lodge shall be responsible for distributing copies to members of the bargaining units.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
