Common use of Meet and Confer Procedures Clause in Contracts

Meet and Confer Procedures. The School District and the Federation shall jointly establish an Educational Policies Committee for the purpose of discussing educational policies and practices not specifically regulated in this Agreement. 1. The Educational Policies Committee shall consist of up to five members appointed by the School District and up to five members appointed by the Federation. Subd. 2. The Educational Policies Committee shall meet at the request of either party at a mutually agreeable time to consider any matter subject to the meet and confer process under the P.E.L.R.A of 1971, as amended. Subd. 3. The Educational Policies Committee shall meet no less than three times per year.
