Meet-Point Billing Arrangements. 6.3.1 TCG and BA will establish Meet-Point Billing arrangements in order to provide a common transport option to Switched Access Services Customers via a Tandem Switch in accordance with the Meet-Point Billing guidelines contained in the OBF’s MECAB and MECOD documents, except as modified herein, and BA’s Pennsylvania Tariff Number 302, Section 2.4.7.
