Common use of Meeting Time Clause in Contracts

Meeting Time. Coordinators will be required to attend one after-school meeting per month beyond that required of other Unit A employees. They will receive, whenever possible, a week’s notice of meetings in order to facilitate their ability to schedule. For their curriculum or student services responsibilities the building principals, with input from, the Assistant Superintendent of Schools, will evaluate the coordinators annually using the goal setting and summative evaluation form. Goals will be established using the timeline of Unit A. The annual summative evaluation included in this document will be completed by June 15.
