Meeting with Representative. The City will allow an employee who is within five (5) years of retirement one (1) sixty (60) minute meeting with the retirement plan representative. The City will allow an employee who is within twelve (12) months of retirement one (1) ninety (90) minute meeting with the retirement plan representative.
