In addition to the above mentioned individual conferences, building principals may call a staff meeting as needed, provided all unit members affected are given at least five (5) days notice of such meeting (except in the case of an emergency). Only one such meeting will occur in a month, except in the case of an emergency. These may be used as instructional meetings for teachers.
