Common use of Meetings of the Labour Management Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Labour Management. The Labour Management Committee shall meet if and when the need arises at the request of either chair. Any such meeting may be canceled or rescheduled by mutual agreement. The committee members shall receive a notice and tentative agenda of the meeting from the Chairperson at least five (5) days in advance of the meeting. Any committee member who wishes to submit a matter to the Chairperson to be included on the agenda for the meeting shall do so not later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Employees shall not suffer any loss of pay for time spent at committee meetings during working hours.
