The Tenant and Landlord agree that the Property Manager or Real Estate Broker representing Tenant or Landlord and all affiliated agents are not responsible for obtaining or disclosing any information contained in the Alabama Sex Offender Registry. The Tenant and Landlord agree that no course of action may be brought against the Property Manager or Real Estate Broker representing Tenant or Landlord and all affiliated agents for failure to obtain or disclose any information contained in the Alabama Sex Offender Registry. The Tenant agrees that the Tenant has the sole responsibility to obtain any such information. The Tenant understands that Sex Offender Registry information may be obtained from the local sheriff's department or other appropriate law enforcement officials.

The Purchaser and Seller agree that the Listing and Selling Broker and all affiliated agents are not responsible for obtaining or disclosing any information contained in the South Carolina Sex Offender Registry. The Purchaser and Seller agree that no course of action may be brought against the Listing and Selling Broker and all affiliated agents for failure to obtain or disclose any information contained in the South Carolina Sex Offender Registry. The Purchaser and Seller agree that the Purchaser and Seller have the sole responsibility to obtain any such information. The Purchaser and Seller understand that Sex Offender Registry information may be obtained from the local sheriff's department or other appropriate law enforcement officials.
MEGAN’S LAW. If the presence of a registered sex offender is a matter of concern to Buyer, then Buyer understands that Buyer must contact local law enforcement officials regarding obtaining such information.

MEGAN’S LAW. Lessee is hereby informed, pursuant to Civil Code 12079.10a, that sex-offender databases are maintained by law enforcement agencies, and that the public, including Lessee, may access them at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx/.
MEGAN’S LAW. Tenant(s) should exercise whatever due diligence Tenant(s) deems necessary with respect to information on sexual offenders registered under Chapter 23 (sec 19.2-987 et seq.) of Title 19. Such information may be obtained by contacting your local police department or the Department of State Police, Central Records Exchange at 804-674-2000 or xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/xxx.xxxx.
