Registered Sex Offenders. XXXXX’S LAW DISCLOSURE: If Xxxxx(s) desires to obtain information regarding persons required to register as sexual offenders under North Dakota Law, Buyer(s) must contact the ND Attorney General’s office or access the Attorney General’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx/. Xxxxx(s) to investigate the possibility of the presence of registered sex offenders in the vicinity of the Property. If Buyer(s) does not approve the findings regarding registered sex offenders, Buyer(s) has the option to terminate this Purchase Agreement.

Registered Sex Offenders. Researcher acknowledges that CMBE Policy ADDA, “Registered Sex Offenders,” prohibits anyone registered or required to register as a sex offender from being present on any CMBE Property for any reason, whether before, during or after school hours, or on or off of CMBE Property. Researcher expressly agrees that it, and any of its employees, will comply with this policy and acknowledges that any individuals that violate this policy are subject to removal from CMBE Property by CMS and/or law enforcement officials and may also be subject to criminal prosecution. “CMBE Property” includes all property owned or operated by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education, including school campuses and buildings, athletic fields, playgrounds, parking lots, bus stops, vehicles, school buses, activity buses and any other properties owned or controlled by CMS. If Researcher, any of Researcher’s employees, or any of Researcher’s subcontractors or employees of subcontractors will have any direct interaction with students, then Researcher or the subcontractor must (i) on an annual basis conduct a check of the N.C. Sex Offender and Public Protection Registration Program, the N.C. Sexually Violent Predator Registration Program and the National Sex Offender Registry for all such employees; and (ii) prohibit individuals listed on such registries from being on CMBE Property.

Registered Sex Offenders. Upon receiving notification in accordance with state law that a student is currently required to register as a sex offender, the administration must remove the student from the regular classroom and determine appropriate placement unless the court orders JJAEP placement. If the student is under any form of court supervision, including probation, community supervision, or parole, the placement shall be in either DAEP or JJAEP for at least one semester. If the student is not under any form of court supervision, the placement may be in DAEP or JJAEP for one semester or the placement may be in a regular classroom. The placement may not be in the regular classroom if the board or its designee determines that the student’s presence:

Contractor expressly agrees that it, and any of its employees, will comply with this policy and acknowledges that any individuals that violate this policy are subject to removal from UCBOE Property by school staff and/or law enforcement officials and may also be subject to criminal prosecution. “UCBOE Property” includes all property owned or operated by UCBOE, including school campuses and buildings, athletic fields, playgrounds, parking lots, bus stops, vehicles, school buses, activity buses and any other properties owned or controlled by UCBOE. If Contractor, any of Contractor’s employees, or any of Contractor’s subcontractors or employees of subcontractors will have any direct interaction with students, then Contractor or the subcontractor must (i) on an annual basis conduct a check of the N.C. Sex Offender and Public Protection Registration Program, the N.C. Sexually Violent Predator Registration Program and the National Sex Offender Registry for all such employees; and (ii) prohibit individuals listed on such registries from being on UCBOE Property.

Registered Sex Offenders. Maryland Law requires certain child sex offenders to register with the State and with local law enforcement agency in the county in which they will reside, work and/or attend school. Section 11-722(c) of the Criminal Procedure Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland states, “[a] person who enters into a contract with a County Board of Education or a non-public school may not knowingly employ an individual to work at a school if the individual is a registrant. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.” If a child sex offender, sexually violent predator, or sex offender, as defined in the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Articles of the Annotated Code of Maryland, is employed by the Party, the Party is prohibited from assigning that employee to perform any type of services on any HCPSS property. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of this Agreement. Additionally, the Party and any of its subcontractors will not knowingly assign any employee to work on school premises with direct, unsupervised, and uncontrolled access to children, if that employee has been convicted of a crime identified in Md. Ed. Code Xxx. §6-113(a). OWD and HCC’s employees who have unsupervised or direct access to children or who are assigned duties in a school where unsupervised contact with children is likely, are required to be fingerprinted by HCPSS and will complete the background investigation process with the exception of the I-9 form. The cost will be borne by the Party and all records will remain in the control and custody of HCPSS. HCPSS reserves the right to reject the Party’s employees based on the information received from said background investigations.
Registered Sex Offenders. In accordance with the State of Maryland's Criminal Procedure Article, Section 11-722, a person who enters into a contract with a local board of education may not knowingly employ an individual to work at a school if the individual is a registered sex offender. Therefore, in contract awards between Xxxxxxx County Public School (CCPS) System and Vendors/Contractors and their Subcontractors at every tier, employing an individual registered sex offender to work at a school is strictly prohibited. This provision applies to all individuals that may be working on the School property, making deliveries or visiting the school property for business purposes.
Registered Sex Offenders. BHA will immediately terminate this Lease if it determines that Tenant or any Household Member or any unauthorized occupant has ever been convicted of a sexual criminal offense that is subject to the California Sex Offender Registration Program, or otherwise subject to a lifetime registration requirement under another state's sex offender registration program.
