Common use of Members of the Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Members of the Immediate Family. as used in this Article shall mean spouse/registered domestic partner, father, mother, xxxxxx parent, stepparent, legal guardian, grandparent, grandchild, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, step child, xxxxxx child, aunt, uncle, xxxxx, nephew of the unit member or of his/her spouse/registered domestic partner, or any person permanently living in the immediate household of the unit member.
