District Review. The District shall evaluate all written communications regarding the order of seniority contained in the lists described in Section 2. above and will make appropriate changes.

District Review. The District reserves the right to review each request and to verify such requests by any appropriate means. The immediate supervisor is responsible for granting or denying the request. Examples of reasons for which approval shall not be granted include, but are not limited to the following: Political activities or demonstrations; Vacation, recreation or social activities; Extension of a school holiday or vacation; A convention related to such unit member’s avocation; Civil or organizational activities; Unit member’s association activities; Xxxxxx’s business, profession or avocation; Pursuit of trade or professional degree, or trade related and/or academic work, or pursuit of business interests or other employment.

District Review. The District has determined that the System Improvements have been constructed and connected to District facilities in conformity with these Rules and Regulations, approved plans, construction notes and specifications, has passed all necessary tests, and has been approved for use by all other governmental entities and agencies having jurisdiction.
District Review. The District reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the District or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within five (5) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the District reviews a grievance under this section, the District reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision. Within ten (10) days after notification of review, the District will issue its decision in writing to the parties involved. In the event the District reverses or modifies any decision of either Level I or Level II, the grievant will have the option of submitting the grievance to arbitration.

District Review. Contractor shall make available to District, and District shall review prior to distribution, all public educational materials prepared by Contractor. As a minimum, such materials shall describe the specific types of Recyclable Material and Yard Waste acceptable for Collection, requirements for preparation of such materials for Collection, appropriate placement of Containers and Collection Schedules. Contractor shall revise such educational and informational materials in accordance with District’s reasonable requests regarding content and style.

District Review. Developer shall submit all deliverables to the District for review and approval in accordance with Exhibit A and any signed Stipulated Payments and Deliverables Amendment. If the District notifies Developer in accordance with Section 4.1 that a deliverable does not meet the specifications set forth in Exhibit A, or if the District notifies Developer that a deliverable does not meet the specifications set forth in any signed Stipulated Payments and Deliverables Amendment, Developer shall make the revisions necessary to bring the deliverable into compliance with Exhibit A or the signed Stipulated Payments and Deliverables Amendment. Approval of deliverables shall not be unreasonably withheld by the District and, for Phase One A, shall be in accordance with Section 4.1. Completion of the Land Transfer shall not be a prerequisite to proceeding with construction or for the payment of any amounts set forth in Exhibit B or the executed Stipulated Payments and Deliverables Amendment; provided, however, that the District’s payment obligations for the Construction Period are contingent upon the District’s issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Construct.
District Review. District’s review of and response to the Master Schedule is only for general conformance with the scheduling requirements of the Contract Documents. The review shall not: (1) relieve the Construction Manager from (a) compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents or (b) the time extension request process set forth in Section 6 below; or (2) be construed as relieving the Construction Manager of its complete and exclusive control over the means, methods, sequences and techniques for executing the Work.
District Review. Step7: District Academic Planning Council Review The lead department representative presents the Concept Form (A) and Signature Sheet (B), along with research information, to the District Academic Planning Council, consisting of all department chairs, assistant chairs, and instructional deans. The District Academic Planning Council reviews the concept for its alignment with the District Academic Master Plan. At this step, other District departments and disciplines affected by the concept may be identified and consulted. The lead department representative obtains the signature of the Associate Vice President, Instruction, on Phase B-Step 7, indicating that consultation to the District Academic Planning Council has occurred. This completes Step 7. Step 8: District Strategic Planning Executive Committee Review The lead department representative presents the Concept Form (A) and Signature Sheet (B), along with research information, to the District Strategic Planning Executive Committee for discussion and approval. The District Strategic Planning Executive Committee considers District-wide implications for facilities, student services, human resources, strategic enrollment management, budget, technology, and institutional effectiveness. The lead department representative obtains the signature of the Associate Vice President, Institutional Effectiveness. This completes Step 8 and Phase B.
