Members of the Resident. Advisory Board shall be nominated by the Executive Board. Each member shall serve for a 2-year period, except for the first group of members who shall have staggered terms for different time periods. The role and responsibilities of the Resident Advisory Board shall not replace the role of an Institutional Review Board.
