Members' Percentage Interests. A member's percentage interest in this LLC shall be computed as a fraction, the numerator of which is the total of a member's capital account and the denominator of which is the total of all capital accounts of all members. This fraction shall be expressed in this agreement as a percentage, which shall be called each member's "percentage interest" in this LLC.
Members' Percentage Interests. The names of the Members, their respective Percentage Interests, and the type of Company Interest held by each Member are set forth on Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Members' Percentage Interests. Each Initial Member shall have the Percentage Interest set forth opposite such Member’s name in Schedule A hereto. Simultaneously with the execution and delivery of a counterpart to this Agreement, each Additional Member shall receive the Percentage Interest in the Company set forth in Schedule A, as amended.
Members' Percentage Interests. The Members are comprised of the Preferred Member and the Common Members. The name(s) of the Common Members, their respective Percentage Interests, and the type of Company Interest held by such Common Member are set forth on Exhibit A to this Agreement. To the extent additional or Substituted Members are admitted to the Company or Percentage Interests change, in each case in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Members shall amend the attached Schedule A to reflect such change(s).

(b) Upon any issuance of additional Units or Transfer of any Units, the Managing Member shall, without the requirement to obtain the consent of any other Member, amend the Members Schedule to reflect such issuance, Transfer, and if applicable, admission of a new Member.
