Member’s Responsibilities. To the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of Clauses 20.1.1, 20.1.2 and 20.1.3 a member of any sub-committee established by the Executive Committee shall be free to represent the interests of the person or persons which nominated him to that sub-committee but each such person acknowledges and agrees the subordination of those interests to the responsibilities of such sub-committee under Clause 20.1.2.
