Membership of New Or Porting Employees. From the effective date of this Agreement new employees covered by the Certification shall become members of the Union and shall maintain membership in good standing in the Union as a condition of continuing employment. Employees affected by the portability provisions of this Agreement shall become members and/or maintain membership in the Union as of the first day of their employment with the new Employer and shall maintain membership in good standing in the Union as a condition of continuing employment.

The Consultant’s violation of this Subsection 21.2 is a material breach.
