MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ON THE STATUS OF LIBRARIANS. The College and the Association are committed to reviewing library faculty contract year options and staffing patterns. The parties support the creation of a study committee to examine such issues and to prepare recommendations by March 31, 2009, so they may be considered during the subsequent round of collective bargaining talks. This committee shall be comprised of representatives designated by the College, KSCEA, and library faculty and will be chaired by the Director of the Library.

  • EFFECT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT ON THE CONTRACT The Contract, as amended by this Supplemental Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms, and during the period in which the amendments made by this Supplemental Agreement are to have effect all references in the Contract to “the contract”, “herein”, “hereof”, “hereunder” and other similar expressions shall, unless the context requires otherwise, be read and construed as a reference to the Contract as amended by this Supplemental Agreement.

  • Form of Agreement If a vendor submitting an Proposal requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal. In response to submitted supplemental Vendor Agreement documents, TIPS will review proposed vendor Agreement documents. Supplemental Vendor’s Agreement documents shall not become part of TIPS’s Agreement with vendor unless and until an authorized representative of TIPS reviews and approves it.
