BENEFITS (SUPPLEMENTAL COMPENSATION). Unless otherwise qualified by this agreement, faculty members covered by this agreement shall receive the benefits approved and outlined in Board of Trustee and USNH policy USY-V-A as of December 15, 1994. The faculty at Xxxxx State College may designate a representative to the USNH System personnel Policies Council which regularly proposes benefits modifications and makes recommendations to the Administrative Board. Should a committee be established to examine levels of benefits in other institutions of higher learning in comparison to the University System of New Hampshire, the Association shall send a representative to serve on the committee. A. Medical Benefits Employees shall be permitted to select from any of the medical options included in the University System Flexible Benefits Plan. Premium contributions made by USNH to other existing medical insurance plans shall be equal to premium contributions made by USNH for medical plan Option B or the actual premium, whichever is less. The employee/employer contribution to medical plan Option B will be calculated based on the formula described below. Faculty who select an option that requires a premium that exceeds the employer’s contribution to Option B will pay the additional premium through payroll deduction. The University System and faculty members shall share the cost of medical contributions for medical Option B in the following manner: Employer Employee B. Other Supplemental Compensation The parties agree that those moneys specified by employees may be places in ‘pre-tax” accounts to be used to cover non-reimbursed medical costs and dependent care. Such deposits may be made up to, and including, the maximum amount permitted by law.

Medical benefit design changes for all offered medical plans changes taking effect January 1, 2011 include the following: Prescription drug co-payments will change from $7/18/35 to $5/25/40 for the Tier One, Two and Three Levels respectively of the Prescription Co-pay Schedule of Benefits As provide in the previous agreement and continuing through this agreement, the in-patient hospital co-pay will be $100 and the outpatient will be $50.

Design changes for all offered medical plans changes taking effect January 1, 2007 include the following: ➢ Prescription drug co-payments will increase from $5/15/35 to $7/18/35 ➢ Co-payment for Specialist Office visit will increase from $10 to $20 ➢ There will be an in-patient hospital co-payment of $50 and an out-patient co-payment of $25. Effective January 1, 2009, the in-patient hospital co-pay will be $100 and the outpatient co-pay will be $50.

  • Supplemental Compensation Pursuant to Section 7 of the Agreement, Supplemental Compensation is payable as follows.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefits The terms and conditions for the payment of supplemental retirement benefits are set forth in a separate written agreement between the parties.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS The employer shall maintain a “Supplemental Unemployment Benefits Plan” pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act and Regulations in regard to maternity, parental and adoption leave. The employer shall make amendments as appropriate to ensure that the Plan provides the maximum permissible benefits in conjunction with Articles 17.06, 17.07 or 17.08.

  • Compensation Benefits Etc During the Employment Period, the Manager shall be compensated as follows: (a) The Manager shall (i) receive an annual cash base salary, payable not less frequently than semi-monthly, which is not less than the annualized cash base salary payable to Manager as of the Effective Date; (ii) be entitled to at least as favorable annual incentive award opportunity under the Company's annual incentive compensation plan as he did in the calendar year immediately prior to the year in which the Change of Control Event occurs; and (iii) be eligible to participate in all of the Company's long-term incentive compensation plans and programs on terms that are at least as favorable to the Manager as provided to the Manager in the four calendar years prior to the Effective Date. (b) The Manager shall be entitled to receive fringe benefits, employee benefits, and perquisites (including, but not limited to, vacation, medical, disability, dental, and life insurance benefits) which are at least as favorable to those made generally available as of the Effective Date to all of the Company's salaried managers as a group. In addition, the Manager shall be eligible to participate in the Company's Supplemental Retirement Income Program ("SRIP"). (c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement (whether in this Section 4, in Section 6, or elsewhere), (i) the Board of Directors may authorize an increase in the amount, duration, and nature of and/or the acceleration of any compensation or benefits payable under this Agreement, as well as waive or reduce the requirements for entitlement thereto and (ii) the Company may deduct from amounts otherwise payable to the Manager such amounts as it reasonably believes it is required to withhold for the payment of federal, state, and local taxes.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The Executive shall receive the following additional compensation and welfare and fringe benefits:

  • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • SERP Executive is a participant in the BB&T Corporation Non-Qualified Defined Benefit Plan (the “SERP”). The SERP was formerly known as the Branch Banking and Trust Company Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan. The SERP is a non-qualified, unfunded supplemental retirement plan which provides benefits to or on behalf of selected key management employees. The benefits provided under the SERP supplement the retirement and survivor benefits payable from the Pension Plan. Except in the event the employment of Executive is terminated by the Employer or BB&T for Just Cause and except in the event Executive terminates Executive’s employment for any reason other than Good Reason and such termination does not occur within twelve (12) months after a Change of Control (or, if later, within ninety (90) days after a MOE Revocation), the following special provisions shall apply for purposes of this Agreement: (i) The provisions of the SERP shall be and hereby are incorporated in this Agreement. The SERP, as applied to Executive, may not be terminated, modified or amended without the express written consent of Executive. Thus, any amendment or modification to the SERP or the termination of the SERP shall be ineffective as to Executive unless Executive consents in writing to such termination, modification or amendment. The Supplemental Pension Benefit (as defined in the SERP) of Executive shall not be adversely affected because of any modification, amendment or termination of the SERP. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Section 1.7.7(i) and the SERP, the provisions of this Section 1.7.7 (i) shall prevail. Executive hereby agrees and consents to Employer’s amendment of the SERP to comply with Section 409A.

  • Special Compensation The Company shall pay to the Executive a lump sum equal to three times the sum of (a) the highest per annum base rate of salary in effect with respect to the Executive during the three-year period immediately prior to the termination of employment plus (b) the Highest Bonus Amount. Such lump sum shall be paid by the Company to the Executive within ten business days after the Executive's termination of employment, unless the provisions of Section 3(e) below apply. The amount of the aggregate lump sum provided by this Section 3(c), whether paid immediately or deferred, shall not be counted as compensation for purposes of any other benefit plan or program applicable to the Executive.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit The Executive will be entitled to receive a monthly Supplemental Retirement Benefit (the "Supplemental Retirement Benefit") commencing on the first day of the month coincident with or following the later of the Executive's termination of employment or attainment of age 60 and continuing for the remainder of his life. Unless otherwise elected by the Executive, the Supplemental Retirement Benefit shall be payable in the form of a 50% joint and survivor annuity which shall be unreduced for the actuarial value of the survivor's benefit. If the Executive's spouse at the time of his death is not more than four years younger than the Executive, the survivor benefit shall be equal to 50% of the Executive's benefit and shall be payable to his spouse for the remainder of the spouse's life. If the Executive's spouse at the time of his death is more than four years younger than the Executive, the benefit payable to the spouse shall be reduced to a benefit having the same actuarial value as the benefit that would have been payable had the spouse been four years younger than the Executive. The Executive shall also have the right to elect a 100% joint and survivor annuity, on an actuarially-reduced basis or a lump-sum payment, on an actuarially-reduced basis (if the Executive makes a timely lump-sum election which avoids constructive receipt), or any other form of payment available or provided under the "Supplemental Plans" defined in this Section 8. Actuarial reductions shall be based on the actual ages of the Executive and his spouse at the time of retirement. If the Executive is not married at the time of his retirement, actuarial adjustments shall be made as if the Executive had a spouse with the same date of birth as the Executive. In the event that the Executive elects a form of payment other than the automatic 50% joint and survivor annuity or other than a lump sum payment, and remarries subsequent to retirement, the benefits payable under this Section shall be actuarially adjusted at the time of the Executive's death to reflect the age of the subsequent spouse. If the Executive elects a lump sum payment at retirement, no further benefits will be payable under this Section.
