City Tickets. The Tides will provide Complimentary Tickets, of a number no less than 0.5%, on average, of the existing seating capacity of Stadium to all Team Events and Special Baseball Events (to the extent permitted by the IL) to the Director, at no Attachment: EX A-(7-1-22)-Modified Document City of Norfolk - Tides Baseball Club LP - Stadium Lease Xxxxxxxxx.Xxxx Revisions 6.2.22 cost to the City. The City has sole discretion as to the recipients of Complimentary Tickets. Major League Exhibition Games will be an exception, and the Tides will determine the number of tickets made available for such games.

City Tickets. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the City shall be granted ten (10) Licensee Event Tickets for General Seating to Home Games at the Arena, the location of which shall be determined by the Licensee, in its sole discretion; provided, that, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the City and the Licensee,
City Tickets. At each event or show presented at the Amphitheater by TENANT pursuant to this Agreement, TENANT shall provide to CITY, at no charge to CITY, twenty (20) complimentary tickets in no less than ten (10) groups of two (2) each.

  • Principal Location Such Grantor’s mailing address and the location of its place of business (if it has only one) or its chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business), are disclosed in Exhibit A; such Grantor has no other places of business except those set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading. All sales material complied and will comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act and the Rules and Regulations and the rules and interpretations of FINRA.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Closing Location The Closing shall be held at the location designated by the Corporation or, if no such designation is made, at the office of Seller's Attorney.

  • Advertisements and Signs Lessee shall not place or permit to be placed, in, upon or about the Premises any unusual or extraordinary signs, or any signs not approved by the city, local, state, federal or other applicable governing authority. Lessee shall not place, or permit to be placed upon the Premises, any signs, advertisements or notices without the written consent of the Lessor, and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. A sign so placed on the Premises shall be so placed upon the understanding and agreement that Lessee will remove same at the end of the Lease Term or earlier termination of this Lease and repair any damage or injury to the Premises caused thereby, and if not so removed by Lessee, then Lessor may have the same removed at Lessee's expense.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
