Common use of MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Clause in Contracts

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The Vendor hereby agrees with the Purchaser that any matters set out in the Memorandum of Understanding which have not otherwise been specifically addressed in this Agreement will be dealt with as provided in the Memorandum of Understanding. In the event of a conflict between the Memorandum of Understanding and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will govern.
