Mental Health Clinics Differential. Employees in Unit K-1 or K-2 who are regularly assigned to work in Mental Health Programs, in direct contact with clinic patients, shall receive a five percent (5%) differential. This Mental Health Clinics Differential will be reported to CalPERS as Hazard Premium Special Assignment Pay. However, any hours worked on 2021 – 2024 Memorandum Agreement City of Berkeley SEIU Local 1021 Maintenance and Clerical Chapters overtime are excluded from CalPERS reported “compensation earnable” in California Government Code Section 20635.
