Mental Health Clinics Differential. Employees in Unit K-1 or K-2 who are regularly assigned to work in Mental Health Programs, in direct contact with clinic patients, shall receive a five percent (5%) differential. This Mental Health Clinics Differential will be reported to CalPERS as Hazard Premium Special Assignment Pay. However, any hours worked on overtime are excluded from CalPERS reported “compensation earnable” in California Government Code Section 20635.
