KCSU IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER. - Update Spinitron and answer texts and calls - Play scheduled underwriting, PSAs, and promos. - Be accountable of the underwriting/ PSA/Legal ID/PSAs on the time specified - All breaks 3-5 minutes. - Do a break every 3-4 song. - You must have a theme or genre-focus for a specialty slot. - Must have delay on always and know how to operate it. - 2 CD review per month - You will receive two absences each month if you fail to complete two CD reviews. - Attend mandatory KCSU meetings monthly. - Attend two airchecks per semester - This is a requirement to have a show the following semester. - Must screen all music for profanity and content that breaks KCSU guidelines. - All music must have a minimum bitrate of 128kbps. - Be aware of copyright (you can only play 2 songs from the same artist per show).

This questionnaire will be used to: Determine geographical requirements; Identify CLEC identification codes; Determine CenturyLink system requirements to support CLEC's specific activity; Collect credit information; Obtain Billing information; Create summary bills; Establish input and output requirements; Create and distribute CenturyLink and CLEC contact lists; and Identify CLEC hours and holidays. 3.2.2 CLECs that have previously completed a Questionnaire need not fill out a New Customer Questionnaire; however, CLEC will update its New Customer Questionnaire with any changes in the required information that have occurred and communicate those changes to CenturyLink. Before placing an order for a new product, CLEC will need to complete the relevant New Product Questionnaire and amend this Agreement.
