Mentor Pool. The Parties recognize and acknowledge that every Nurse has a professional responsibility to participate in mentorship duties subject to the following:
Mentor Pool. The District shall be responsible for selection, training, and maintaining a pool of 30 trained mentors for the purpose of serving on remediation teams throughout the District.
