This includes the cost of replacing missing, broken, dim burning, cycling and improper lamps. The replacement lamps shall be furnished by the Contractor and shall conform to the requirement of these Specifications. Lamp wattage for HPS shall be 55 volt for 100 watt luminaire and 100 volt for wattage above 100 watt. In all instances, the Contractor shall maintain the lamp for which a given unit was designed and shall replace all existing lamps that are improper.

Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
