Common use of Merit or Performance Increases Clause in Contracts

Merit or Performance Increases. A. There shall be no Merit or Performance Increases during the term of this Agreement, and no Merit or Performance Increases after the 1 expiration of this Agreement, unless and until there is a new 2 agreement in effect providing for such increases.
