Merit Pay Groups. Merit pay as provided under paragraphs 80 and 81 shall be distributed among the faculty in each of the following pay groups: ● Eye Research Institute ● Library ● School of Business Administration ● School of Engineering and Computer Science ● School of Health SciencesSchool of Education and Human ServicesSchool of NursingCollege of Arts and Sciences - Science and Mathematics, consisting of the departments of Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Mathematics and Statistics, and Physics ● College of Arts and Sciences - Humanities, consisting of the departments of Art and Art History; History; and Philosophy and the School of Music, Theatre and Dance. ● College of Arts and Sciences - Social Science, consisting of departments of Political Science; Psychology; and Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work and Criminal Justice ● College of Arts and Sciences - Language and Literature, consisting of the departments of Communication and Journalism, English, Linguistics, Modern Languages and Literatures, and Writing and Rhetoric

  • Deferred Compensation Plans Employees are to be included in the State of California, Department of Personnel Administration's, 401(k) and 457 Deferred Compensation Programs. Eligible employees under IRS Code Section 403(b) will be eligible to participate in the 403(b) Plan.

  • Compensation Plans Following any termination of the Executive's employment, the Company shall pay the Executive all unpaid amounts, if any, to which the Executive is entitled as of the Date of Termination under any compensation plan or program of the Company, at the time such payments are due.

  • Participants The Lender and its participants, if any, are not partners or joint venturers, and the Lender shall not have any liability or responsibility for any obligation, act or omission of any of its participants. All rights and powers specifically conferred upon the Lender may be transferred or delegated to any of the Lender's participants, successors or assigns.
