MERS Benefit Program E-2 and F-55 with a Required Period of Credited Service of 15 Years. The Employer agrees to provide the MERS Benefit Program E-2 and MERS F-55 Waiver with fifteen (15) years of service, effective July 1, 1995, providing the employees pay the total cost through payroll deduction.
