Message Notification. The Customer may request the transmission of an electronic notification upon the occurrence of certain account-related transactions. Such notification may be sent to devices capable of receiving text messages sent by e-mail, such as alphanumeric pagers and cellular phones. The Customer is responsible for setting up and maintaining the accuracy of the messaging components and conditions which will trigger the transmission of the electronic notification, including but not limited to the e-mail address the Customer designates to receive the information, and the Custodian will have no liability in connection therewith. Any modification of such messaging components and conditions will be effective when the Custodian has received same and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.
