Message Routing. You may not use phone numbers provided by Twilio ("Twilio Phone Numbers") to route SMS messages over any other provider's network. All SMS messages sent and received for a Twilio Phone Number must be sent and received via Twilio's Services.

Message Routing. Telco shall route messages generated by AWS throughout the On-net Telco signaling network. The content of the messages is for the use of signaling points of origination and destination. Telco will not use any information within messages for any purpose not required by or related to the use of the Telco signaling network. Telco will not divulge any message or any part of messages generated by AWS to any other party, except as required to manage the Telco signaling network or as may be required by law.
Message Routing. Customer may not use phone numbers provided by Avaya to route SMS messages over any other provider’s network. All SMS messages sent and received for an Avaya number must be sent and received via the Services. If Customer uses SMS it is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that if Customer initiates any unsolicited SMS, Customer provides Customer’s end user with the option to opt in or opt out of receiving those messages as required by applicable law. EXHIBIT A -TERMS FOR THE PURCHASE OF AVAYA ONECLOUD™ CPaaS These terms for the purchases Avaya OneCloud™ CPaas, apply to Customer purchase and use of Avaya OneCloud™ CPaas Services. Any terms used in this Exhibit A without defining them have the definitions given to them in Exhibit B to these Terms or elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • TELEPHONE SERVICE Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary:

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.

  • User 4.9.1 Not to use the Property otherwise than for the Permitted Use;
