Recording of Conferences. If a user records a conference, i.e. records in any audio format onto a sound or data storage medium, the consent of all other conference participants must be obtained first. This requirement applies regardless of whether the recording was performed through the Phonesty system itself or through another technical means.

Recording of Conferences. In order to assist the, by applying the Client’s instructions in a more comprehensive and expedited manner, the Law Firm may, after advising the Client, record its conferences and tele-conferences. The Client agrees and consents to this policy.

Recording of Conferences. Customer acknowledges that the laws of certain states require that if a conference is to be recorded all participants in the conference must be informed of that prior to conference commencement. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for this announcement if it has requested that the conference be recorded.   • Pre-Job Conferences a) The Employer will notify the Union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference will be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in this Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties.

  • Conferences At the request of the State or the Engineer, conferences shall be provided at the Engineer's office, the office of the State, or at other locations designated by the State. These conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineer's services and work when requested by the State.
