Metering Equipment and Accuracies. 5.1. The Primary Metering System shall be owned, operated and maintained by JPS. The Company shall design, finance, construct and install the Primary Metering System and shall design, finance, construct, install, own, operate and maintain the Backup Metering System which shall be owned by the Company.
Metering Equipment and Accuracies. E1.1. The Metering System shall be owned, operated and maintained by Utility. The Developer shall design, finance, construct and install the Metering System and shall design, finance, construct, install, own, operate and maintain the Backup Metering System.

RE Supplier shall design, finance, construct and install the Main Metering System at each facility and shall design, finance, construct and install a Metering System at each facility. The Metering Systems shall be owned, operated and maintained by RE Supplier. The Main Metering Systems (at each facility, a "meter" and together, the "meters") shall meet the following specifications at all times during the term of this Agreement.
Metering Equipment and Accuracies. (a) The Utility shall design, construct, install, own, operate and maintain the Metering System to be installed at the Interconnection Point. The Utility shall also be responsible for the Backup Metering System if the Utility decides to install its own Backup Metering System at the Interconnection Point. Utility shall bear the cost of developing, owning, operating, and maintaining such meters after the Commercial Operations Date.
