The Customer is to ensure that by 10.00 am on the fourth Business Day of each month, or such other time or date as Transpower may reasonably require to ensure compliance with its obligations under the Electricity Governance Rules, all Metering Information for each Point of Connection for the previous month (including any updated or additional Metering Information) is delivered to Transpower in such form as Transpower may reasonably require.
