Methamphetamine Conviction. DRHA shall immediately terminate the tenancy if DRHA determines that Resident or any member of Resident’s household has ever been convicted of drug-related criminal activity for manufacture of methamphetamine on the premises of any federally assisted housing.

Methamphetamine Conviction. Federal regulations require that the LANDLORD shall immediately terminate the tenancy if LANDLORD determines that any member of the TENANT’S household has ever been convicted of a drug-related criminal activity for manufacture or production of methamphetamine on the premises of any federally assisted housing. This requirement is a part of this lease.
Methamphetamine Conviction. BHA will immediately terminate this Lease if it determines that Tenant or any other Household Member has ever been convicted of drug-related criminal activity for the manufacture or production of methamphetamine on the premises of any federally or publicly assisted housing.

  • Alcohol The intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Criminal Convictions Grantee certifies that neither it nor any officer, director, partner or other managerial agent of Grantee has been convicted of a felony under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, nor a Class 3 or Class 2 felony under Illinois Securities Law of 1953, or that at least five (5) years have passed since the date of the conviction. Grantee further certifies that it is not barred from receiving an Award under 30 ILCS 500/50-10.5, and acknowledges that Grantor shall declare the Agreement void if this certification is false (30 ILCS 500/50-10.5).

  • Chemical Dependency Alcoholism and drug addiction shall be recognized as an illness. However, sick leave pay for treatment of such illness shall be contingent upon two conditions: 1) the employee must undergo an evaluation by a licensed alcohol and drug counselor or substance abuse professional, and 2) the employee, during or following the above care, must participate in a prescribed program of treatment and rehabilitation approved by the Employer in consultation with the Employer's health care provider.

  • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.
