METHOD OF WAGE PAYMENT. Section 6.1 Payment of wages due shall be made bi-weekly on the appropriate paydate following the end of the pay period. Section 6.3 The pay period will be fourteen (14) days. The workday for the hourly collective bargaining employees shall consist be as follows:
a. For employees who are hired on or after the date of eighty (80) hours (or thirty-ratification and for employees hired prior to ratification who have a workday of seven and one-half (37.57 1/2) hours if on a 7.5 hour workday) and per day, the full-time workday shall consist be seven and one-half (7 ½) hours per day.
b. For employees hired before the date of eight ratification who do not sign a non- revocable consent, and who have a workday of seven and three-quarters (8) 7 3/4) hours per day, the workday shall be seven and three-quarters (or 7 ¾) hours per day. Employees working seven and one-half hours (7.5) per day prior to the date of ratification shall continue to do so subject to the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the workday for those a full-time employees employee hired on or after August 31the date of ratification (or at a later time determined in the Employer’s sole discretion) is eight (8) hours, 2005 or who consent; provided, however, the Employer shall have sole discretion as to the implementation of the 7.5 seven and one-half (7 ½) hours paid and one-half (1/2) hour workday)unpaid lunch.
