Methods. Each notice, demand, request, consent, report, approval or communication (hereinafter, "Notice") which is or may be required to be given by any party to any other party in connection with this Agreement, shall be in writing, and given by facsimile, personal delivery, receipted delivery services, or by certified mail, return receipt requested, prepaid and properly addressed to the party to be served as shown in Section 8(b) below.
