Midnight Shift Premium. Any employee who works the majority of their hours between midnight and 8:00 a.m. will be paid a midnight shift premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of six-five ($.65) cents per hour for each such hour and portion of an hour worked during those hours.
