BENEFITS AND PERSONAL DAYS. 1.01 The Employer shall contribute for those employees who are scheduled to work more than thirty (30) hour per week as follows: Effective April 1, 2011 – two hundred and five dollars ($205.00) per month per employee. Plus applicable taxes, into the Labourers’ Local 183 Fund, jointly administered by equal number of Employer and Union Trustees, for the purpose of purchasing life insurance, dependent life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, major medical and dental coverage. Drug re- imbursement shall be 80/20. 1.02 The Employer shall remit the contributions referred to in Article 1.01 no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month prior to benefit coverage taking effect. (i.e., January 15th remittance provides February 1st, benefit coverage.) 1.03 All Employees who have completed probation and who work an average of five (5) shifts per week shall be entitled to personal days each contract years as per the following schedule, to be “cashed-out” at the end of the contract year if not used. (Pay Period ending March 31st payable by April 20th of each year.) April 1, 2011 – 2 Days/Year

  • Benefits and Perquisites During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the benefit plans and programs commensurate with Executive’s position, that are provided by the Company from time to time for its senior executives generally, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans which may be amended, modified, or terminated by the Company.

  • Fringe Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.

  • Other Benefits and Perquisites The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the benefit plans provided by the Company for all employees, generally, and for the Company’s executive employees. The Company shall be entitled to change or terminate these plans in its sole discretion at any time.

  • Employee Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive will be entitled to (i) participate in all employee benefit plans, programs, arrangements or policies that are from time to time made available by the Company generally to its senior executives, including, without limitation, the Company’s life insurance, long-term disability, and health plans (“Employee Benefits”); and (ii) the perquisites and other fringe benefits that are from time to time made available by the Company generally to its senior executives and to such perquisites and fringe benefits that are from time to time made available by the Company to the Executive in particular, subject to any applicable terms and conditions of any specific perquisite or other fringe benefit; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall be deemed to require the Company to adopt, maintain or provide any particular plan, program, arrangement, policy, perquisite or fringe benefit. The Executive shall be required to comply with the conditions attendant to coverage by such plans and shall comply with and be entitled to benefits only in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plans as they may be amended from time to time. The Executive agrees to cooperate and participate in any medical or physical examinations as may be required in connection with the applications for such life and/or disability insurance policies.

  • Personal Days Employee shall be entitled to three (3) personal days annually, pro-rated for any partial year of employment, the unused portion of which shall accumulate as sick days.

  • Benefit Plans and Perquisites For as long as the Executive is employed by the Company, the Executive shall be eligible (x) to participate in any and all officer or employee compensation, incentive compensation and benefit plans in effect from time to time, including without limitation plans providing retirement, medical, dental, disability, and group life benefits and including incentive or bonus plans existing on the date of this Agreement or adopted after the date of this Agreement, provided that the Executive satisfies the eligibility requirements for any the plans or benefits, and (y) to receive any and all other fringe and other benefits provided from time to time, including the specific items described in (a)-(b) below.

  • Personal Day All employees shall receive a personal day in each contract year. This personal day is in addition to the holidays listed in paragraph 3 above. The personal day shall be scheduled in accordance with the following provision: Employees may select such day off on five (5) days notice to the Employer provided such selection does not result in a reduction of employees in the building below 75% of the normal work staff. Such selection shall be made in accordance with seniority.

  • Sick and Personal Leave The Assistant Principal shall annually be entitled to twelve (12) days of sick leave and two (2) days of personal leave. Unused personal leave days will accumulate as sick leave days. Earned sick leave may accumulate to a maximum of 340 days. Every sick day that is issued for the current school year and eventually not utilized during that school year will be multiplied by 1.5 at the end of the school year (e.g., 10 unused sick days on June 30, 2022 will be converted in a credit of 15 sick days for the Assistant Principal’s use.) This unused sick day multiplier will not be in effect during the four (4) years prior to retirement.

  • Sexual and Personal Harassment The Employer shall provide and the Union and Employees shall support a workplace free from personal or sexual harassment and any other harassment based on the protected characteristics set out in Article 2.

  • Personal Illness Employees may use accumulated sick leave for hours off due to personal illness. The employee may be required to furnish a medical certificate from a qualified physician as evidence of illness or physical disability in order to qualify for paid sick leave as per District practice. Accumulated sick leave may also be granted for such time as is actually necessary for office visits to a doctor, dentist, optometrist, etc.
