MIGA Premium Sample Clauses

MIGA Premium. The Borrower will execute and deliver to the Lender an irrevocable instruction to the Lender's New York Branch to debit the Borrower's Account established pursuant to Section 5.28(a) for payment of the MIGA premium upon the direction of the Lender and the Lender shall deliver to the Borrower the relevant renewal notice.

  • REINSURANCE PREMIUM A. As premium for each excess layer of reinsurance coverage provided by this Contract, the Company shall pay the Reinsurer the greater of the following:

  • Prepayment Premium Borrower will be required to pay a prepayment premium in connection with certain prepayments of the Indebtedness, including a payment made after Lender’s exercise of any right of acceleration of the Indebtedness, as provided in the Note.

  • Single-Premium Credit Life Insurance Policy In connection with the origination of any Mortgage Loan, no proceeds from any Mortgage Loan were used to finance or acquire a single-premium credit life insurance policy;

  • Premium Payments a. Each annual premium on the Policy shall be paid when due as follows:

  • Payment of Principal, Premium, if any, and Interest The Company covenants and agrees for the benefit of the Holders of the Securities that it will duly and punctually pay the principal of and any premium and interest (including any Additional Interest) on the Securities in accordance with the terms of the Securities and this Indenture.

  • Premium Tax Reimbursement The Reinsurer will not reimburse the Ceding Company for premium taxes.
