Common use of Military Experience Clause in Contracts

Military Experience. If an individual's teaching career is interrupted by military service, up to four (4) year’s salary credit shall be granted, however no military experience for which a teacher is receiving retirement benefits shall be applied as year's credit on the salary schedule. Verification of such experience must be received by the Board within one (1) year from date of hire. (11/07/07)
