Common use of Military Experience Clause in Contracts

Military Experience. At the time of employment, up to five (5) years’ teaching experience in the armed services of the United States may be allowed as credit on the District’s salary schedule. A year of military service is defined as including not less than nine (9) months of any twelve (12) month period. The dates of induction and separation from active duty will determine the period of service.
